A Little "Cheesy" Thank You Card

A Little "Cheesy" Thank You Card

My mom was inspired by LAWN FAWNATICS CHALLENGE 176 – FUN WITH FOOD and My Favorite Things Color Challenge. decided that it would be fun to make a "cheesy" Card! Who doesn't love some "cheese" on a card.

Here is the card:

She started with a 8 1/2" x 11" Green cardstock to cut for the card base.
She cut the cardstock to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and scored the card in the middle at 4 1/4".
The Lawn Fawn designer specialty paper from the summertime collection was cut to 5 1/4" x 4".
The top/inside of the card was cut from white cardstock at 3 1/2" x 8" scored at 4".
She embossed half of the white cardstock with the Rainbow Splash Swiss Dots Embossing folder. Then she used Tim Holtz rustic wilderness distress ink and a blending brush on the embossed side of the white cardstock. She used some string from her personal collection of craft supplies and tied it around the top of the card.

The Trinity Stamps Grate, Grater, Gratest Stamp and Coordinating Die Set was used. The grater was cut out of a silver matte paper and the cheese was cut out of Lawn Fawn's Fruit salad paper.

Here are some close up pictures of the card.

My mom put all the pieces together and that's it!

Happy crafting to you all! We hope you feel inspired to create something that reminds of you a family or friend memory, even better craft with your family and/or friends and make more memories together!
