A Ghostly Boo! A Slimline Card!

Sabra here and I am excited to share my new project for the new Mix it Up Challenge Blog: MIUCB #85 Anything Goes + optional Shape Card! The Mix it Up Challenge blog is a technique challenge blog featuring various techniques on mixed media projects, altered art, and paper crafts such as cards, tags, mini albums, ATCs, 3-D projects, scrapbook layouts, art/junk Journaling, etc! We can't wait to see what you create, so let's get crafty!

I loved making this slimline card! I embossed the black cardstock with a droopy web embossing folder and then spritzed and inked it to bring our the texture. I stamped the ghost and then masked over them and did the ink blending and white splatter background. I then colored the adorable ghosts! I wet embossed the sentiments along with the ghost, sentiment, and spider on the inside of the card. I loved how it turned out! I can't wait to see what you all create for the new Mix it up Challenge!

A Dogs & Frogs Card Set: All 15 Cards!

A Dogs & Frogs Card Set: All 15 Cards!

Hello everyone! We are clearly in the dog days of summer...already! It's so hot! Our garden is thriving and we are trying to do the outdoor stuff in the early mornings and then come inside where is nice and cool and do some crafting (after indoor chores are done)! We are so looking forward to the fall and much cooler weather! Thank you for stopping by, we are so glad you did!

My mom is joining Kendra's Card Challenge #23 you can find the link here or at the end of the post. You can make this set of 15 cards using only six 6x6 papers, however on this set Holly used scraps from our paper scrap container!! They turned out just the cutest!!! This all 15 cards and is Holly's entry for the month of August!  All the links to all 15 of the individual cards and the showcase video are posted below! Check them all out!
