An Autumn Watercolor Card: Pumpkins

An Autumn Watercolor Card: Pumpkins

Hello everyone! Fall is here and things are thankfully starting to slow down a bit, knock on wood... haha! We have had some time to craft which has been super nice, we are looking forward to the cooler weather and less to do outside! Happy fall to everyone! Thank you so much for stopping by! If you like our blog and posts we would love for you to give our blog a follow! Just push "follow" button on the right side!

Let the crafting continue.... I have finally been able to get back on track and do some watercoloring! Yay for watercolor Wednsday! This card was so much fun to paint! I love autumn and pretty much all things pumpkin, including going to the pumpkin patch, carving, and tasty pumpkin treats!

Here is the card:

Products I used:

  • Pan Watercolor Paints
  • Size 2 & 4 Princeton Heritage Paint Brushes
  • Black Fine Line marker
  • Waffle Flower Crafts Botanical Candy Dots
  • Altenew Word Strips

Here are some more photos to show some close-up details of this watercolor card:

......and that's it!

Happy crafting to you all! We hope you feel inspired to create something and try something new!

  1. Sabra, this is so very, very pretty! I am so impressed that you watercolor that all by yourself. I wish I was that talented, which is why I rely on rubber stamps way too much. I should really give that a try. Your watercoloring is excellent and I love the black accent lines too. Great card! Thank you so much for playing along with us at Word Art Wednesday. We always appreciate you!

    1. Thank you so much Barb! I actually find watercoloring the easiest and most forgiving of all painting mediums! I actually have stamped images and watercolored the images! I say if you want to try it go for it! It is super fun! Thank you again! We love reading your comments!
