A Beautiful Rose Birthday Card!

Sabra here and I am so excited to share my new project for the new Love To Scrap challenge: LTSCB #180 Anything Goes. Love To Scrap is a scrapping challenge blog that is for all types of scrapped projects - cards, scrapbook layouts, ATCs, mixed media, art/junk journals, etc! We can't wait to see what you create, so let's get crafty!
I love to color, I always have! Coloring is therapeutic for me and coloring stamped images is like the adult versions of coloring books but you get to pick what images you want to color then put them on a project... and I love it! Roses always have such rich and vibrant colors and I really wanted to try to capture that vibrancy! I found and cut some patterned paper from our scrap papers collection using one of the sketches from Kendra's Card Challenges #22 as my guide for the layout! placed the colored rose image on some foam square to pop it up and stamped the sentiment. I loved how this card turned out!

- Simon Says Stamp Nocturne Black VersaFine Clair Ink Pad
- Various colored cardstock, designer paper (scraps from stash), and embellishments, from personal crafting stash
- Various colored pencils and fine-line marks from personal crafting stash
