Let's Celebrate! A Fun Birthday Card!

My mom was inspired by the Inspired by Challenge! She loved the colors and layout/sketch! So she created a fun birthday card using the colors in the inspiration photo and the layout with Waffle Flower Crafts postage die! Links to all the challenges and inspiration photos are near the end of this post!
